在与朋友的交涉下,发现做样品的事不仅仅是做一个样品的问题,因为产品的特殊性做一个mould是需要一笔很大的投入的.从另一个角度上讲,同样我门也缺乏足够的保证来自这位法国客户.毛主席说,困难是纸老虎!我决定打败这个纸老虎,在和朋友商量后, wo给法国商人讲述了一些我门的考虑和想法,说实话(Frankly speaking)能不能打倒这只老虎,我的心里缺乏信心:

I have discussed the affair of the *** sample with my friend,we think it is feasible for us to cooperate together,and we hope we could start this project in the near future.But there is a problem concerning to open a mould of the ***,we could invest capital to buy this *** mould, but we must assure that you would purchase our products after confirm our samples, because the fee of openning the mould of ***is not a small sum.
We have sincerity to establish long-term and stable business realtionship with you,and we have two suggestions to this project: (1)we invest 70% to open the mould,and the left 30% should be paid by your side,after you confirm our sample and sign contract with us,we would deduct the 30% mould fee from the payment.(2) you invest 100% mould fee,we manufacture this product,and we could only sell this product to your company, we could not sell it to other companies.
Please understand that we make this suggestion for we need your support and cooperate for mutual benifit.Secondly,after you invest capital to our production line,you also have responsibility and pressure to do our business actively.
As for the total ammount of the mould fee,it is estimated need USD*_*we should open three moulds, and we expect that you could accept our suggestion to pay 30%.And I should emphasize again that we would return this 30% mould fee from our payment after we sign contract.Also,please feel free at our quality,we would send you samples to let you test,and we would make improvements according to your requiremtns.
Moreover,please give us a target price,we need calculate and check whether we could make deal at this rate. If we have no profit,then the above thing would not exist. We hope that you could give us a workable price for our reference.
