1、payment to beneficially under reserve or against indemnity by debiting our account or by drawing on the reimbursing bank or as the method of reimbursement terms may be before our prior approval is not acceptable.请问这句话是什么意思？有没有什么问题？
2、信用证上的最迟装船期是2006年10月25日，但是我们合同上的装船期是15days after receiving the L/C,信用证是2006年8月3号到的，但是我们只订到了8月22号的船，这已经超过15天了，我不知道到底是按信用证的时间还是合同上的时间？（注：客户把形式发票的copy件附在信用证后面，上面有15days after receiving the L/C)
