故事大綱：
唐棠年幼時遭逢意外，導致左邊耳聽力完全失去，右邊耳聽力僅餘三成，但並沒有自怨自艾，反而憑著過人的努力和開朗豁達的性格，加上後父齊勝的悉心扶助，終克服了聽障，培養出比正常人更懂得用心聆聽別人說話的性格。棠雖有聽障，但有讀唇的天份，更善於模仿各種聲音，棠長大後在配音領班高明引薦下向配音界發展。在摸索配音路途上，遇上新入行的梁啟言，卻由此產生一段刻骨銘心的關係言生父梁錦波當年曾貴為配音皇帝，但波生性風流，十多年前為了情婦，加上欠下巨債，拋妻棄子而去。言母大受打擊，投靠開粉麵廠的外公張勤。數年後言母鬱鬱而終，在言心目中留下一道永不磨滅的傷口。言長大後因讀書成績一般，便幫外公打理「張添壽粉麵廠」。言遺傳了父親愛說話的特點，口甜舌滑、愛說笑話，對各種聲音更十分敏感，又善於模仿聲音和效果，但為免外公不快，只好一直把興趣隱瞞，暗中替當音效領班的姑姐梁麗茹擔任業餘音效員，而勤最亦終肯讓言在配音界大展拳腳。[/color][/size]
